Spring is synonymous with romanticism, that little by little we are leaving the cold behind and that the flowers are beginning to show us their best face, something that practically everyone enjoys. But there is also something that affects many people, allergies. Therefore, we want to share some tips to alleviate allergy symptoms.
Although the most normal thing is to ventilate the house in the morning, the allergic ones should do it at noon since in the morning there is a greater concentration of pollen. In addition, while ventilating the house, it is normal to sweep, but in this case we must replace it by passing the vacuum cleaner. This will avoid lifting the dust and we may feel worse because of the allergy.
If it is not mandatory, do not leave early in the morning because the concentration of pollen is higher between 5:00 and 10:00 in the morning. In the afternoon, the highest rates are recorded between 19:00 and 22:00. When you get home, it is advisable to take a shower and change clothes. If you are a very allergic person, it never hurts to wash your hair, even if it was done in the morning.
At the time of laying clothes, it is always better to do it indoors, since pollen adheres to clothes, especially the one that is wet, which can end up triggering a crisis if a lot of pollen has been adhered.
When leaving the street you always have to wear a scarf, sunglasses and avoid going through green areas such as parks, gardens, flowerbeds, trees, etc., mostly as a precaution. If you are going to drive, you have to do it with the windows of the car raised and if you can, place anti-pollen filters so that it does not get inside the vehicle.
