Making a DIY gift is something very special because it ensures a unique and exclusive gift, something that surely mom will value much more.
A small box to keep your rings
Surely your mother has a few rings and does not have a jeweler where you can leave them all kept and ordered. With a few ideas, you can make a very special jeweler from a small wooden box.
For this you need a wooden box, which is not too big, tubes of foam or rubber sponge pads, stamped paper, glue for crafts, glue and scissors
The first thing to do with the wooden box is to clean it well so that there is no remaining dirt. Then we will apply glue for crafts on the surface and let it dry a little, we will prepare the printed paper that we like and we will place it with care. For the glue that not passing through the paper, it is necessary to apply a very thin layer.
We must cover all the outside of the box and the inside if it does not have fabric lining. This way it will look much more beautiful. When everything is lined, let it dry well and apply pressure so there is no air bubbles.
Inside, we can put some velvet fabric to make it more beautiful and on it we will distribute the tubes of foam or sponge rubber, so that they are tight creating spacers with very little space between them. If necessary, we can use glue to adhere this material to the wood. In this way, all the rings can be saved and a we will have a very special gift for our mother.
