That Alicante has a wonderful coastline is something that no one doubts and that there are every year tens of thousands of people sunbathing, taking a dip, enjoying their chiringuitos, etc. What the world does not know are the secret beaches of Alicante, where we can be away from the crowds and overcrowding in a quiet environment, but … which are they?
Cala Coveta Fumà (El Campello) is a corner that can only be accessed by walking from the namesake beach. It is not well known and will allow us to be quiet by sunbathing or doing many different activities such as diving. Its seabed has a formidable vegetation and will allow us to see infinity of fish of a thousand different colors.
Cala Llebeig, in Benitachel, is only accessible on foot or from the sea. In this area you can still find old fishermen’s shelters, an area that will give us several caves, absolute tranquility and crystal clear waters.
In the area of Jávea is the Cala del Francés, a small paradise that has a somewhat complex location between Cabo de San Martín and Cala Blanca. The access to get there more comfortably is from the mountain, but you can also swim from the nearest cove.
If you prefer a space where nudity is allowed, Cala Racó del Conill, in Villajoyosa, is the ideal alternative. This cove, divided into two parts, has excellent quality waters and is nestled in a natural environment of hills which makes it something worth visiting.
We finish from another cove, that of Baladrar, in Benisa. It is a stone cove that can boast of offering beautiful sunrises and sunsets. With the Peñón de Ifach in the background, it is a space that we can not miss.
