Climate change is the great concern of our time, a danger that is just as present in our daily lives as the threat of nuclear war was in its day. It is the great fear of the twenty-first century, and perhaps that is why it has infiltrated all spheres of our daily lives, including social networks. In Instagram climate change is very present, to the extent that some accounts are devoted entirely to reporting on this subject. Here are the most interesting ones.

Instagram and climate change: interesting accounts

  • Every Day Climate Change (https://www.instagram.com/everydayclimatechange/ ) shows every day images of the destruction of our world.
  • Greta Thunberg (htts://www.instagram.com/gretathunberg/), the 16-year-old Swedish activist who is mobilizing youth around the world, has an indispensable instagram account.
  • Ceroplast (htts://www.instagram.com/ceroplast/) explains from his profile how to live a sustainable life free of plastics.
  • Paul Nicklen (htts://www.instagram.com/paulnicklen/), a National Geographic photographer and Sea Legacy member, posts photos of wildlife and seascapes every day.
  • Brian Skerry (htts://www.instagram.com/brianskerry/) is a photojournalist who shows us marine life and the dangers that galloping pollution poses to it.
