The star king is an essential element for every living being, but its radiation can be very dangerous if a series of protective measures are not taken. Climate change is making the SUN increasingly dangerous unless precautions are taken.

From TOLDOS GUARDAMAR, in addition to providing our clients sun protection with awnings We always advise to sunbathe with caution.

We tell you today how the SUN should be taken so that it does not harm our body.

HOW TO TAKE THE SUN HEALTHFULLY?

  • Avoid rush hours. That’s right, sun exposure is much more harmful in the central hours of the day, with the first part of the morning being the best time to enjoy the SUN.
  • Use adequate sun protection. The usual practice is “I add cream from time to time and that’s it.” Well, it is important to know how and when you have to apply sunscreen, to really be effective. As a rule, keep in mind that until 20-30 minutes after application, sun creams do not have effects.
  • Hydrate yourself properly. Our skin with the action of the sun dries out and favors burns. A constant hydration when sunbathing causes, in addition to the feeling of freshness, that our skin is also hydrated.
  • Maximizes the use of head protection. Although we can protect the rest of our body with sunscreen creams, the head is also important to keep in mind. Remember that caps or hats must always have holes that allow the air to circulate, or it will produce a greenhouse effect on your head.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol. That’s right, sun and alcohol is a true Molotov cocktail in our body.

We are waiting for you at our exhibition to advise you on a good choice of awning for your home, but remember to always take a proper sunbath.
