Healthy Alternatives for Your Christmas Dishes
- Incoming. In order not to consume too many calories, it is best to reduce the starters and avoid the more fatty ones. A good option is to opt for seafood, smoked salmon, different varieties of healthy salads, dried fruits, anchovies or anchovies and lean sausages such as pork loin or ham.
