Origin of World Joy Day
You have to go back in time, to the years 2010 and 2011, to find the origin of this World Day of Joy. And that is when, in the framework of the First Congress of Chilean Cultural Management, Alfonso Becerra presented a project to celebrate the day of joy.
Specifically, it established that, just as there were other dates that celebrated historical events, political or even religious and popular dates, it was necessary that this feeling had a special day.
